An active mailing list allows you to build relationships with prospects, customers and past customers. It's your opportunity to speak directly to leads in their inbox, at a time that is convenient for them. Coupled with the right messaging, email can become one of your dance studio's most impactful marketing channels.
In essence, email marketing helps you gather fresh leads and convert those leads into a stream of new dancers in your studio.
This technique is still used by only a small percentage of dance studios, but we receive more request from studio owners each week, so the news is out!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What will I need other than this workbook in order to get set up for email marketing?
In order to get started, you'll need an account with an email service such as Constant Contact, Mailchimp, or ConvertKit. If you don't yet have one, or feel frustrated with your current service, you'll find recommendations in the guide.
Optional (but heartily recommended) is to also use a service such as Leadpages for your studio's landing pages. Landing pages are invaluable if you're also planning to put Facebook ads in place for your studio.
What email service do I need to use? Can I keep using what I already use with my studio?
Some services such as the one included as a feature with Studio Director or Jackrabbit Dance, are meant for communicating with your existing customers and are not for lead generation. In that instance, you will need a separate email service to use for your email marketing.
If you already use Constant Contact, Mailchimp, ConvertKit and/or Leadpages and are happy with your current email service, you should be good to go!
Is the workbook editable, or is it only in PDF format?
You'll receive the full guide + workbook as a printable PDF file, and you'll also receive the worksheets as a Word doc for easy editing.
How much does it cost?
The guide + workbook is a one-time $37. The cost for your email service (required), landing pages (optional) and paid marketing options such as Facebook ads depends upon your choices and ad spend.
Will This Guide Help Me With My Initial Email Service Setup?
Please note that this guide + workbook does NOT cover initial setup with an email service such as Constant Contact or Mailchimp or get into the nitty gritty of tags, sequences, or automations. The email services themselves should have an excellent support section that will help you with these things, including how to add tags and schedule out an email series.
I've also seen a plethora of great YouTube videos on these services, to help you with setup!
